Becky Lancaster
Creator & Director
I’m a Utah native who enjoys sunshine, flowers, and breakfast.
You can usually find me curled up with a good book or making memories with my husband and four children. I’m unselfish by nature, like to travel, and have a hidden talent for remembering names.
Over the years, I’ve developed an eye for interior design and have recently worked as a stylist for a home staging company. I have a fascination with the human mind and a passion for mental wellness.
Erin Thomson
Mindfulness Educator | MSW-I
I’m a mindfulness instructor, and I provide psychotherapy to adults as an intern at Davis Behavioral Health. I will complete graduate school in August 2023 with a Master of Social Work Degree.
I began learning about mental health because of my own struggles. I love teaching youth and adults about the body’s stress response system and how to work with difficult emotions.
I love to play the piano, go hiking, practice yoga, and read Harry Potter with my kids (affectionately known as “snuggle with a muggle”).
Jessica Muelleck
Meal Coordinator
I’m a wife and mom of four living in Riverton, UT.
I’m compassionate, fun to be around, and enjoy ski days with my family. I graduated from BYU with a BS in public health education and believe life is all about balance.
Making good food for people I love is one of my passions, and I know how to bring heart and warmth to the kitchen while filling others in a variety of ways.

Nutrition & Wellness
I am a mom of six boys. I am a very caring, compassionate, and empathetic person. I love nutrition and all things related to health.
I love everything outdoors, especially the beautiful mountains that surround us in Utah. They are definitely my happy place, and you can probably find me and my boys hiking one of the many trails close to our home in Salt Lake Valley. I also love to run, and trail running is my favorite.
